FIELD: protection of warehouses, living apartments, acoustic signal generators. SUBSTANCE: device has power supply unit, as well as connected control unit, modulator, sweeping frequency oscillator, amplifier and acoustic transducer. Acoustic transducer is designed as wide-band and is spread over complete area of room entrance. Sweeping frequency oscillator provides possibility to change its frequency within range of 10 Hz - 40 kHz. Acoustic transducer has at least one extended member, which is made from magnetostrictive material and gas permanent magnetic field generation unit and unit for generation or receiving of alternating magnetic field. Vectors of respective magnetic fields are aligned to longitudinal axis of said member, which is mechanically connected to at least one clipper of lateral oscillations of at least two member points in direction of each of vectors of generated or received permanent and alternating magnetic fields. This ensures that central piece of member moves in perpendicular to its longitudinal axis towards direction of generation or reception of acoustic signal.
