SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out mixing, aeration, freezing and cooling operations at one stage in single apparatus having two parallel endless screws which are positioned in housing for rotation in the same direction in engaged state. Head with nozzle is positioned at one end of housing and device for supplying composition to be frozen is disposed at other end of housing. Air supplying device is positioned in intermediate zone of housing, which is further provided with coolant circulation device.
