FIELD: confectionery industry. SUBSTANCE: invention deals with gas-emitting frozen confectionery product giving the feeling of fizziness in a mouth. Gas-emission is a result of quick reaction of reagents forming gas-carbon dioxide from frozen granulates "grains" containing said reagents. Products are prepared by batching of "grains" containing gas-emitting reagents in forms, filling and puncturing granules by a needle, introduction of liquid composition in holes formed by the needle, inserting a stick, ejecting from the form and wrapping. EFFECT: provision for feeling of fizziness just the same as in sparkling (fizzy) beverages. 10 cl, 8 dwg
