FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: roots of bouncing-bet and licorice are extracted with liquid ammonia at pressure higher than atmospheric one. Then liquid phase is separated and mixed. After it extragent is run off from the liquid phase by raising the temperature and/or reducing the pressure with preparation of the product.
