FIELD: technology of sweet substances separation from licorice root used in food industry and medicine. SUBSTANCE: acetone removal from separated extract when it is concentrated and/or removal of ethanol residue from deposit is carried out by extraction with mixture of liquid carbon dioxide and acetylene taken in determined ratio at pressure higher than atmospheric one. EFFECT: reduced consumption of acetone and/or ethanol; increased production safety.
