FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves dividing bone skeleton into five zones, enumerating them beginning from foot from 1 to 5 and conditionally dividing into three segments. The main artery divisions having proximal level of occlusion and ischemia stage are determined on the extremity using clinical and objective methods. All segments to be subjected to trepanation are determined from a formula SPT=SOO+2SVL+(2 x zone number - STI) SNL, where SPT is referred to the segments to be subjected to trepanation, SOO is referred to all bone skeleton zone segments of the corresponding main artery having proximal occlusion, 2SVL is referred to the two segments in the bone skeleton zone corresponding to main artery zone preceding to the main artery region having proximal occlusion, 2 - is the coefficient selected in empirical way, zone number is the bone skeleton zone number, STI is the lower extremity ischemia stage, SNL is referred to the segments being lower than the bone skeleton zone corresponding to the main artery region having proximal occlusion. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; lower risk of complications.
