FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves excising the injured urethra and substituting it with a tube of the corresponding length. The urethra is formed on catheter from a scrotum skin flap on feeding pedicle. Safety carcass is created in tissues around the tube made from biologically inert nonabsorbable suture material. Circular sutures are stitched in alternating manner every 1-2 cm all over the whole length of the tube. EFFECT: prevented sack-shaped dilation of urethra. 2 dwg
