FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: joint capsule is separated by dissecting along the femoral neck axis, the femoral head is dislocated out of acetabulum and removed together with the neck. The intraoperational size of acetabulum is evaluated and the implant bed is formed at the right angle to the horizontal body plane in projection of the hypertrophic inferior acetabulum edge, with use of the bone cutter; and the following correction of the acetabulum centre localisation is performed with the large diameter cutters and by orientation by the acetabulum opening plane. The trochanterian and femoral components of endoprosthesis are installed, followed by the additional plasty of the superior acetabulum wall with autograft from the hypertrophic inferior acetabulum edge, and reposition of endoprosthesis.
EFFECT: method provides support for extremity, as well as correct seat of patient.
