FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device comprises seat-like support and armpit supports 10 arranged on cable-and-pulley system. There is an additional knee support 7 in the form of horizontal rod disposed movably on guides which are articulated with seat-like support which permits adjusting the support-to-seat distance and the angle of the support. Besides, seat-like support is movable vertically and is provided with cable-and-pulley system and pedal 19 used by the doctor to lower the patient for skeletal traction or shaking. Meanwhile, armpit supports stay immovable relative to seat and are fitted to patient's body dimensions due to their position on horizontal guides which are perpendicular to each other.
