FIELD: medicinal industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing biologically active substances stimulating antigen-nondepending differentiation of B-lymphocytes from bursa of Fabricius. Method involves homogenization of preliminary frozen raw and the following extraction with 0.1 N solution of NaOH at pH 9.0-9.5 for 24-36 h, precipitation with acetone, lyophilization and additional purification of the end product by ultrafiltration through filter with limit of molecular retention 5 kDa.
