FIELD: medicine, medicinal industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of preparing substance from poultry bursa of Fabricius eliciting immunostimulating activity. Raw is subjected for three-fold freezing at minus 40 C alternating with thawing out followed by homogenization. Homogenate is poured with 0.1 N acetic acid solution and phenylmethylsulfonylfluoride is added in concentration 0.1 mM. Extraction is carried out for 30-60 min, extract is filtered off, centrifuged and cooled acetone is added to filtrate for precipitate formation. Precipitate is filtered off, washed out with pure acetone and dried. Obtained powder is dissolved in 0.1 N acetic acid, solution is centrifuged, supernatant is subjected for gel-filtration on Toyopearl HW-40 and fractions of molecular mass from 300 to 3000 Da are collected. Invention provides to enhance immunostimulating activity by 10 times. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, enhanced activity, decreased therapeutical dose and risk of adverse effects. 9 tbl
