FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of preparations of human blood intravenous immunoglobulins. Filtrate-III is used as the initial solution that is concentrated by ultrafiltration at pH 3.8-4.5 followed by diafiltration against distilled water. Treatment with pepsin and its removal with aluminium hydroxide is carried out in the presence of sugars and in chloride content less 0.2%. Then glycine is added and pH value is brought about to 4.0-7.5. Obtained preparation has 4.5-5.5% of protein and physiological content of NaCl. Obtained preparation is used then optional in liquid or dry form. As a variant pepsin can be removed by ultrafiltration or dialysis, or anion-exchange chromatography. The end product can has pH value 4.0-4.5 and its dry form must contain maltose as an additional stabilizing agent.
