FIELD: medicine, more particularly, cleaning of plasma proteins from lipoproteins. SUBSTANCE: proteins are cleaned by treatment with chloroform in the presence of EDTA-Na or EDTA or buffers containing borate ions, succinate ions, nitrate ions and subsequent addition of calcium or magnesium salts to remove precipitate by centrifugation. In addition to 2- step removal of lipoproteins, also described is single- step variant of method which comprises treating plasma proteins with chloroform and subsequently adding soluble calcium or magnesium salts. The resulting precipitate is removed by centrifugation. EFFECT: higher degree of delipidization and higher yield. 7 cl, 4 ex, 1 tbl
