FIELD: methods of adsorption drying of air, hydrocarbon and inert gases with the help of sorbents; applicable in gas, oil, oil refining and petrochemical industries. SUBSTANCE: method of gas adsorption drying includes sorption of moisture by granulated solid, porous sorbent and its subsequent regeneration. Sorption is effected by means of porous sorbent with bulk density of 0.45-0.55 g/cu.cm prepared from copolymer of styrene and divenylbenzene whose pores are preliminarily saturated up to 30-35% of their volume with polyester. EFFECT: higher economic efficiency of drying process and increased service life of sorbent. 3 cl, 1 dwg, 1 ex
