FIELD: devices for formation of structural coating on article. SUBSTANCE: article is capable of carrying load and made of at least one external sheet and one internal member governing its shape which carries no load and is least partially impermeable for fluid. Device has an appliance for holding of plastic material sheet over its periphery or close to pair of its opposite edges; templet for holding and support of internal member; heating means; means for building up pressure differential between sheet and internal member; transfer means and cooling system. Transfer means is designed for transfer of templet relative to appliance for holding of sheet with provision of combined transfer of sheet and internal member. Cooling system faces sheet surface nonconnected with internal member. Means for building up of pressure differentials provides for imparting to sheet of internal member shape, with air entrapped between sheet and internal member passing through internal member. The means maintains the pressure differential until cooling of sheet. As a result, tension strength arise in sheet in all directions. EFFECT: uniform tension of sheet in all directions. 3 cl, 23 dwg
