FIELD: biological cleaning of sewage; industrial water cooling systems. SUBSTANCE: plant includes first cleaning stage made in form of tower biofilter and second cleaning stage made in form of biopond above which biofilter is mounted; biofilter is provided with attached wall located around it and equipped with air receiving hood mounted at spaced relation above water surface in biopond. Shed is also mounted above biofilter. Shed is made in form of confuser with air passing ports, ferrule and diffuser and streamlined shield mounted above ports; provision is made for curvilinear helical guides communicated with circular groove and contaminant receiver; heat exchangers are placed on water surface in biopond. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of cleaning sewage; increased productivity of plant due to increased amount of air admitted to biofilter because of forming additional draft above biofilter of shed. 2 dwg
