FIELD: complex treatment of domestic waste water and industrial waste water. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes biofilter with charge and sprinkler, reservoir located under it and units for inlet of starting liquid and outlet of treated liquid and sediment. Bottom of reservoir is flat. Device is provided with jet directing partitions located above bottom over entire volume of reservoir at angle no less than 50 deg. Starting liquid supply unit is provided with valve-regulator connected with control console through pressure sensor. Sprinkler is made from contracting nozzles with inner curvilinear spiral-shaped guides; helical grooves are provided on upper side of jet directing partitions.
