SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes cylindrical housing of biofilter filled with granulated charge, pneumatic aeration unit, mixing chamber, phase separating section, guide pipe and pins; pneumatic aeration unit includes outer and inner rings; widening packings at small jet of air flow are located on outer ring and widening packings at large jet of air flow are located on inner ring; said packings have internal curvilinear grooves; pins are made in form of bent blades; proposed device is also provided with pulsar mounted in mixing chamber on pneumatic aeration unit; pulsar is made from at least four bimetallic plates of duplex curvature; said plates are freely fitted on horizontal axle; inner surface of guide pipe is provided with cycloidal guides.
