FIELD: crude oil treatment. SUBSTANCE: composition consists of surfactant and solvent at 1:1 weight ratio. Surfactant is selected from group including "denormalizate" sulfonation products: water-soluble alkylbenzenesulfonates (acid goudron), oil-soluble calcium alkylbenzenesulfonate with alkyl containing more than 30 carbon atoms, and oxyethylenated C8-C9-alkylphenol with 4-6 ethylene oxide units. Solvent is selected from group including above-mentioned "denormalizate", hydrocarbon layer obtained after separation of "denormalizate" sulfonation products, and mixture of "denormalizate" with aromatics obtained in production of o- and p-xylenes after separation of desired products and basically containing xylene, cumenes, ethyltoluene, methyl- and butylbenzenes at "denormalizate"-to-aromatics weight ratio 2:1. Concentration of composition in crude oil emulsion should be 5 to 20 g/t.
