Also, invention relates to vaccines used for immunization against infection caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa that involves cell envelope proteins of molecular mass from 10 000 to 100 000 Da obtained from attenuated strains, therapeutic agent for treatment of patients with infection caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa containing immunoglobulin(s) produced by cell envelope proteins of laboratory animals and method of their preparing. Protein component of cell envelope of attenuated strain is safety and it does not show pathogenicity but has excellent ability to form antibodies and useful for preparing vaccine and therapeutic agent.
