FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy, medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel derivatives of pyridone carboxylic acid and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts and physiologically hydrolisable esters of the formula (I) where R1 means lower alkyl, C3-C6-cycloalkyl or substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group; R2 means hydrogen atom or lower alkyl or amino-group; A means nitrogen atom or the group C-X where X means hydrogen or halogen atom or alkoxy-group and Z means the group of the formula (II) where n = 1 or 2; R3 and R4 each means hydrogen atom or the group of lower alkyl under condition that if n = 2 then one of R3 and R4 means hydrogen atom; R5 and R6 each means hydrogen atom or hydroxy-group of lower alkyl or amino-group that is unsubstituted or unsubstituted with the group of lower alkyl under condition that one of R5 and R6 is hydrogen atom and if n = 1 and one of R5 and R6 means amino-group then one of R3 and R4 is not hydrogen atom; R7 means hydrogen atom. Compounds of the formula (I) show strong effects and broad spectrum of antibacterial activity. Invention describes also method and intermediate compounds for synthesis of proposed substances, pharmaceutical composition and method of treatment of patients with infectious diseases.
