SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of obtaining of microvesicles originating from protoplasts of Escherichia coli cells (E. coli), which comprises the following stages: 1) removal of cellular walls from Escherichia coli cells with protoplasts obtaining; 2) constructing of microvesicles in the suspension of protoplasts; 3) extraction of microvesicles. The methods of obtaining of microvesicle, loaded with therapeutic substances, diagnostic substances or vaccinal substances are also described which in addition include the stage of loading or addition of the named substances.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain microvesicles for efficient delivery of therapeutic, diagnostic and vaccinal substances into cells of the targets and target tissue.
