SUBSTANCE: method enabling in-service tuning of device possessing low temperature coefficient of frequency to center frequency dispensing with additional electric signal source depends on varying distance between transducers due to deforming crystal lattice of piezoelectric substrate; novelty is that crystal lattice is deformed by bending substrate with aid of microscrews and clamps placed on side edges of substrate to form sag both on side of interdigital transducers and on non-working side of substrate.
