SUBSTANCE: composition is made as dental pasta, powder, liquid agent, liquid for mouth gargle, cleansing agent for dental prostheses cleansing, chewing gum or hard candy. It has one or some components taken among abrasives, binding substances, wetting agents, surface-active substances, sources of fluoride ions, agents used against dental stone and sweeten agents. Composition has obligatory dimethicone copolyol taken among alkyl- and alkoxydimethicone copolyols of the formula: 
where X is taken among hydrogen atom, alkyl, alkoxyl and acyl groups having about from 1 to 16 carbon atoms; Y is taken among alkyl and alkoxyl groups having about from 8 to 22 carbon atoms; n is about from 0 to 200; m is about from 1 to 40; q is about from 1 to 100; molecular mass of the residue (C2H4O-)x(C3H6O-)yX is about from 50 to 2000 Da; x and y have values that provide the ratio hydroxyethylene : hydroxypropylene is about from 100:0 to 0:100. Invention relates to also the use of dimethicone copolyol of the above given structural formula as an agent against dental deposit in oral composition that can be used for dental prostheses cleansing. Composition shows good physical indices of working ability in using, makes freshness sense into the mouth. Composition can be used for teeth and dental prostheses cleansing.
