This phase has active spermicide component in solution, lipophilic agent that is compatible with rubber latex of condom, water-dispersable agent, bioadhesive agent and agent for lipophilic agent gelling. Part of lipophilic agent exceeds that of water-dispersible agent. Composition has the following preferable ratio in capsule, g: 50% solution of benzalkonium chloride, 0.265-2.65; silicon dioxide, 5-7; hydroxypropyl-cellulose, 6-8; polyhydroxyethylene glycol 7-glycerylcocoate, 9-11; polyhydroxyethylene glycol-400, 4-6; silicon oil, the balance up to total mass 100 g. Invention claims method of preparing the above indicated composition. At first, solution of benzalkonium chloride is added to silicon oil at stirring and polyhydroxyethylene glycol-400 and polyhydroxyethylene glycol 7-glycerylcocoate are added to this mixture. Product is stirred to obtain good homogeneity, hydroxypropylcellulose is added, product is stirred, silicon oxide is added and stirred up to the end product preparing. The end product is placed into gelatin envelope. Composition of soft gelatinous capsule can contain spermicide, antiseptic and lubricating components simultaneously. Composition is compatible with condoms without risk of damage of rubber latex and with gelatin as external phase, it does not cause its denaturation and melting before capsule using.
