SUBSTANCE: plant for sprinkling special tan-car 1 has tank-car 2 with washing liquid, sprinkler in form of pipeline 3 communicating with this tank-car and system of perforated pipes placed along generating surface of barrel of special tank- car 1, and compressed air source communicating with tank-car, containing washing liquid, through distributing pressure regulator. Mixer is tightly fitted in neck of special tank car. Mixer communicates with empty tank-car through pipeline provided with safety device. Sprinkler has pipe fitted in mixer. Special tank-car communicates with underspool space of distributing pressure regulator through branch pipe. Additional branch pipe of distributing pressure regulator places compressed air source in communication with washing liquid tank-car. EFFECT: improved efficiency and reliability in emergency situations. 4 dwg
