FIELD: railway transport; freight car brakes. SUBSTANCE: pneumatic part of automatic brake has main air line. Each of two ends of main air line is connected with angle cock connected with coupling hose. Main air line communicates with t-type communicating with disconnecting cock connected through air line with main line union of two-chamber reservoir of air distributor. Stand-by reservoir union of two-chamber reservoir of air distributor is connected by air line with stand-by reservoir. Brake cylinder union of two-chamber reservoir of air distributor is connected by air line with additional reservoir. The latter is connected with upper chamber of pressure relay by air line. Inner diameter of air line connecting brake cylinder union of air distributor two-chamber reservoir with additional reservoir is arranged at distance within 0.1 mm and 300 mm. EFFECT: enhanced braking efficiency of rail vehicle brakes. 7 cl, 8 dwg
