FIELD: engine production. SUBSTANCE: device has housing, which contains corrugated wall, which provides cell channels for passing heat carrier and medium to be heated. At their end, walls of cell channels are connected up to half height of channel. Width of channels for heat carrier and medium to be heated is different. In addition, at least one of cell channels is shortened with respect to height in order to produce additional chambers. Also, at least two heat exchange members are connected in series by means of activator chambers, thus providing two flow-through channels for environments. EFFECT: increased efficiency of device operations, decreased pressure losses, in particular, when device is used in fuel converting systems on vehicles. 3 cl, 4 dwg
