FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: in the process of maximal loadings the preparation containing adaptogens, detoxifying agent, polyvitamins, trace elements and macroelements (dose is 4-5 mg/1 kg of body mass) is added to diet of sportsmen nutrition. Jerusalem artichoke syrup is used as adaptogen. Saccharomyces yeast cell envelopes showing electrokinetic potential from -15 to -75 mV are used as detoxifying agent. Preparation has Jerusalem artichoke syrup in the amount from 28.5 to 32.5 wt.-% and yeast cell envelopes in the amount from 32.4 to 37.2 wt.-%. Powder-like form of vegetables and fruits are used as source of polyvitamins, trace elements and macroelements. Method ensures to obtain biologically active addition that shows ability to overcome immunodeficiency state in sportsmen in period of maximal loadings due to optimally selected ratio of components and their properties. EFFECT: improved method of use, broadened assortment of biologically active additions. 2 cl
