FIELD: railway transport; mechanization of material handling operations. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes delivery of gondola cars to hydraulic plant with pressure nozzles, opening of car bottom hatches, and hydraulic breakage of frozen or stuck loose material by two groups of hydraulic monitor nozzles. Jets from first group of nozzles 1 are directed square to bottom surface, and jets from second of nozzles 1 at directed at acute angle to gondola car bottom to side opposite to direction of car movement. Inclined jets in zone of contact with car bottom are located in forward direction relative to direction of gondola car movement and are backed by jets from first group of nozzles. EFFECT: reduced energy consumption and increased efficiency of cleaning. 3 dwg
