FIELD: disintegration of microorganisms; water supply for fountains. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has cylindrical housing with suction and discharge branch pipes, rotor mounted along axis of housing and provided with alternating longitudinal projections and recesses engageable with projections, recesses and shutoff device of housing through circular water passage and priming plant which is communicated with taper inserts located concentrically by means of discharge branch pipe of housing; outlet hole of inner cone is located in outer cone communicated with bell-mouth of volute. Narrowed part of volute is provided with lateral perpendicular to its plane. Fitted in inner cavity of lateral is flat spiral whose one end is received by narrowed part of volute and other end is received by cavity of drum communicated with lateral by its hole. Diameter of drum exceeds diameter of lateral. Opposite wall of drum is provided with lateral whose axis lies above axis of drum. Lateral of drum is provided with branch pipe communicated with branch pipe of outer cone of taper insert by means of circulating loop. Inner cavity of drum is communicated with air receiver provided with valve in its upper portion; drum is also provided with valve fitted in its lower portion.
