FIELD: moving, heating and grinding substrata; generation of biogas and protein-and-vitamin additives for fodder at anaerobic processing of pig manure. SUBSTANCE: disintegrator heat generator includes cylindrical housing with suction and discharge branch pipes, rotor located along axis of housing and provided with alternating projections and recesses engageable with projections and recesses of housing through circular passage. Discharge branch pipe is communicated with taper bell-mouth of volute with perforated cone arranged in its inner cavity. Narrowed portion of volute is flat; it is communicated with lateral mounted perpendicularly relative to its plane. Flat spiral is mounted inside inner cavity of lateral. Lateral is communicated with lower parts of acid, acid regression, alkaline and methane fermentation chambers; suction branch pipe is communicated with upper parts of methane fermentation chambers. Interaction between upper and lower parts of chambers and projections of rotor and housing is effected through circular passage; distance between projections of rotor exceeds that between projections of housing.
