FORMATION WATER DISINTEGRATOR Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: breaking hydrate envelopes around hydrocarbon bubbles in cleaning formation waters accompanied by generation of protein-and-vitamin additive for fodder. SUBSTANCE: proposed disintegrator includes cylindrical housing with suction and discharge branch pipes, rotor mounted along axis of housing and provided with blind recesses engageable with recesses of housing through circular liquid passage. Discharge branch pipe is communicated with bell-mouth of volute whose flat portion is communicated with pipe perpendicular relative to flat of volute. Located inside pipe is flat spiral whose one end is received by cavity of flat portion of volute and other end is received by cavity of drum whose diameter exceeds diameter of pipe. Drum is provided with branch pipe discharging gaseous hydrocarbons in upper portion and lateral communicating the drum with biofilter; biofilter has housing with branch pipe and perforated partitions forming sections with abrasive grain checker. Sections of housing under partitions are communicated with air blowers by means of tangential branch pipes. Lower branch pipe of biofilter is communicated with press- filter, drier and protein-and-vitamin additive receiver through microfilter provided with nonrigid filtering partition.
