FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: disintegrator has housing with inlet and outlet branch pipes, rotor axially aligned within housing and provided with blind openings which are communicated via circular channel to housing openings that are arranged in concentric rings disposed between housing and rotor. Projections formed between rows of openings are oriented towards circular channel of ring of smaller diameter and towards housing in the vicinity of ring of larger diameter, which defines with housing a closed cavity spaced apart from inlet and outlet branch pipes. Closed cavity is communicated with static disintegrator having steam section, which is connected to jet pump vacuumizer communicated to outlet branch pipe of dynamic disintegrator, and water section connected to centrifugal microfilter which is communicated with belt-type press filter for biomass. Microfilter and press filter are in fluid communication with collector and further with successive stages of dynamic and static disintegrators, with the latter being connected to feeding chamber of dialysis plant. Inlet branch pipe of first-stage dynamic disintegrator is connected to biofilter which is joined to bioreactor whose chambers are communicated with dispersers, methane tank is connected to methane collector and is further connected through belt-type press filter to biofertilizer collector. Acid fermentation chamber is connected to liquid bird dung collector. Disintegrator of such construction is used for recovery of bird dung and meat processing wastes to produce methane, deuterium, oxygen, protein-vitamin additives and biofertilizers, and is recommended for employment in Northern regions.
