FIELD: disintegration technique; cleaning sewage of pig- breeding farms. SUBSTANCE: disintegrator has housing with inlet and outlet branch pipes, cylindrical rotor provided with holes and mounted along axis of housing; holes of rotor are engageable with holes of housing through circular passage. Rotor is frictionally engageable with additional rotor. Holes of housing are made in perforated rings forming cavities together with housing which are isolated from inlet and outlet branch pipes and are communicated with subsequent stages of dynamic disintegrators and with receiving chamber of electrolysis plant. Outlet branch pipe of first stage of dynamic disintegrators is connected with chlorella generator having transparent walls, lights and transversal grid baffles forming sections: upper section is communicated with methane tank by mash and lower section is communicated with methane tank by biogas; fermentation chambers of methane tank are provided with dispersers. Methane fermentation chamber of methane tank is connected with belt-type press- filter by slime line and acid fermentation chamber is connected with pig manure receiver. Lower section of chlorella generator is brought into communication with centrifugal microfilter by water with chlorella suspended in water and with belt-type press-filter by biomass line; filtered water receiver is communicated with belt-type press-filter by biomass line; filtered water receiver is connected with inlet branch pipe of dynamic disintegrators and outlet branch pipe of these disintegrators is connected with upper section of chlorella generator by chlorella disintegrate. EFFECT: increased productivity enhanced operational efficiency due to additional of biofermentation, protein-vitamin additive, methane, deuterium and oxygen. 1 dwg
