FIELD: construction, particularly, formation of concrete joints. SUBSTANCE: sealing device for sealing of joint formed between two concreting sections is embedded into these sections so that it is perpendicular to adjacent surfaces of joint formed on concreting section opposite to each other. Sealing member is made of solid plastic material in form of thin-walled joining strip, and spatial configuration and thickness of walls of this strip is selected so that it is self-carrying structure. Solid plastic material is preferably used in form of thermoplastic, particularly, low-density polyethylene which is stable with respect to its shape in temperature region from minus 20 to plus 80 C.
