FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: joining bar is made up of bar-carrying strip. Located on this strip is device which creates inlet passage. Device extends over entire length of strip. Aforesaid strip can be made of thin-wall plastic article, zinc sheet or other like material. Device which creates inlet passage is in the form of foam plastic stripe located on strip. Strip can be provided at both sides with unit which creates inlet passage and/or perforated holes to allow sealing material to pass through these holes. Aforesaid embodiment of joining bar for filling fractures is installed in area of wall being concreted and corresponds to height of wall. After concreting of wall sealing material is injected into created inlet passage. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 20 cl, 12 dwg
