FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to reconstruction of 4-5 story houses made of large prefabricated panels, large blocks or brick in condition of urban building-up areas. According to method, reconstruction procedure is as follows: arranged along longitudinal walls of building beyond zone of compressed thickness of ground of foundation base are cast-in-situ piles with strip pilework. Installed on strip pilework is load-bearing metal or reinforced concrete framework to entire height of building. Mounting platform is erected beyond limits of longitudinal walls at one of ends of building. Height of mounting platform is equal to height of building. Longitudinal guide members are arranged over upper band of framework and mounting platform. Assembled on aforesaid guide members above mounting platform on rolls are large-size sections in the form of three-dimensional structural modules which are successively moved by means of rope-and-pulley system and pulling winches along longitudinal guide members to design position. Each structural module is fixed in design position by concreting of rolls and by connecting given structural module with preceding module. Application of aforesaid method allows for increasing useful floor area of building with retaining possibility for normal functioning of existing premises through entire period of reconstruction irrespective of weather conditions. Work performing cycle and labour-intensity are reduced. In addition, aforesaid method allows for not using load-lifting facilities moving along building for erection of added stories. Method also excludes load raising and lowering operations performed above building being reconstructed. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
