FIELD: cooling of circulating water. SUBSTANCE: sprinkler of mechanical-draft tower is made in form of sections (no less than two) located one above other; upper section is located at angle of 90 deg relative to lower one; each plate of section has wavy shape; water distributing system is additionally provided with water distributing device including pipe located asymmetrically relative to housing and secured on supply collector; this pipe holds converging nozzles with swirlers built in them; they are made in form of four plates turned at angle of 90 deg relative to one another. EFFECT: intensification of cooling of hot water by atmospheric air. 5 dwg
