METHOD FOR CHARGING-IN OF DEEP-HOLES WITH CHARGE COMPONENTS (MODIFICATIONS) Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: blasting operations, applicable for destruction of rocks at opencast mining of mineral resources. SUBSTANCE: conversion charges of ballistite and pyroxylin powders are assembled on the surface of the block to be blasted, feeding the components of the deep-hole charge through a hose, the hose ends are bound, one end is connected to the hoist rope and lowered into the deep-hole up to its face, the rope is cut off. According to another modification, a band of strong and flexible material is placed on the surface of the block to be blasted, the charge components are placed on the band, the band free ends are wrapped up around the charge with formation of a cylindrical shell, and the charge is lowered into the deep-hole, blasting it together with the shell. According to the third modification, the charge is lowered into the deep-hole in the shell, and the latter is extracted from the deep-hole for repeated use. EFFECT: facilitated procedure of charging-in of deep-holes and reduced labour content. 6 cl, 9 dwg
