FIELD: explosives. SUBSTANCE: charge contains separately disposed dinitrogen tetraoxide and liquid petroleum product either enclosed in two sealed polymer film containers, container with petroleum product being of smaller size and inserted into container with dinitrogen tetraoxide, or the two components are placed in two opposite sides of the same container. To combine charge components, one eliminates separating them barrier, for example, breaks container with liquid petroleum product keeping integrity of outside container, turns over the latter and thereby mixes its contents. EFFECT: optimized structure of binary explosive charge and increased its utilization safety. 23 cl
