SUBSTANCE: method involves transmission of control signal from base station, for example, command for storage battery power save mode to group of mobile stations for transmission of information to group of mobile station that no message will be sent to them for specific time period. After reception of this signal, mobile stations start check of radio channels for given period of time in order to detect radio channels with best characteristics.
