List of preferable selection of roaming identifies and establishes priority of operators of network to which mobile station can be connected. List of preferable selection of roaming includes indicators of locations in subscriber identification module where lists of networks tied up with each record in list are stored. Locations are determined as compatible with existing standards. List of preferable selection of roaming can be updated by means of air interface, for instance, by use of interface of short messages SMS or by client himself with the aid of keyboard of mobile station which is achievable technical result of invention.
