Cellular terminal user can accordingly continue access to cellular radio network within predetermined time by using open communication line. Cellular radio communication system can have, in addition, parametric unit allotting predetermined functions to cellular terminal coupled with cellular radio network. Device maintaining open communication line usually has timer and coupled controller to start reading and checking predetermined time. In addition, either cellular terminal proper or radio network coupled to it may be provided with communication line maintaining device.
