FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves using autograft which length is 2.5 times as large as hepatic choledochus defect. The graft is put on over the vertical branch of T-shaped draining tube down to its base. The horizontal portion of the tube is introduced into the hepatic choledochus lumen through defect in the wall. The inferior part of the autograft is placed in the defect zone. The inferior part of the autograft is stretched and sutured to the defect edges. The superior part of the autograft is turned with its inside out and superimposed over the inferior part. The turned-out autograft edge is additionally attached to the defect edge. The free part of the vertical branch of T-shaped draining tube is brought outside. The T-tube is retained in the lumen during 4-6 months. The tube is removed by pulling the external portion of the vertical branch out. EFFECT: lower risk of traumatic complications; prevented cicatricial stenosis of plastic zone. 8 dwg
