FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves suturing duodenum stump lumen. The first row of stitches is put in between the anterior and posterior walls by suturing the inferior ulcer edge on the posterior wall and dissected edge of the anterior wall. Peritoneum is longitudinally dissected along the posterior wall of the round ligament of the liver. The first row of stitches and ulcer crater are covered with internal tissues of the round ligament of the liver. In putting-in the second row of stitches, the upper edge of the ulcer, tissues of the round ligament of the liver are sutured in subperitoneal way, and anterior wall of the duodenum is sutured. The internal tissues of the round ligament of the liver are sutured for the second time with the other ends of the ligatures. EFFECT: prevented inconsistency of duodenum stump sutures. 5 dwg
