FIELD: mechanical engineering; shell making. SUBSTANCE: proposed method can be used in making structures with cooled circuit designed for operation in aggressive media at temperatures up to 10000 C. Outer wall, inner ribbed wall and ribbed spacer are made conical. Inner wall is made of porous tungsten or molybdenum. Coatings to improve adhesion of parts are applied to surfaces to be soldered. First two-layer telescopic structure is assembled and soldered at building of gas pressure in furnace and vacuum in inter-rib space. Then structure, thus formed, is assembled with inner wall and parts are soldered to each other at conditions specified above. Processing ring and diaphragm are used to press inner wall to spacer. EFFECT: improved resistance of inner wall of three-layer shell operating under extreme conditions. 7 cl, 2 ex, 1 dwg
