SUBSTANCE: the method for production of information card, in addition to the photographic picture of the citizen made by means of a digital photographic camera connected to a computer, consists in input of data about the citizen personality to the computer and production of print of the above picture and data on a plastic blank, formation of identification code by means of a program based on the analysis of proportions and typical peculiarities of the citizen's face.
