FIELD: metallurgy, manufacture of parts suitable for using in machine engineering. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of rolling rods at temperature lower than that of (alpha+beta)/beta transition, subsequent cooling of rods in air, applying oxalate coating onto their surfaces, upsetting head and performing multiple reduction of rod at rate 0.5-1 m/s; simultaneously rolling out rod and radius portion under head, knurling thread; aging articles at 450 C-550 C for 8-10 hours.
