FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking ECG, recording 300-600 cardiac cycles of a patient. R-tooth, cardiac signal dynamics, and changes in interval between R-R teeth of every following cardiac cycle when compared to the preceding one. Variants of their correlation are coded. Testee code diagrams are built. The testee code diagrams are compared to ones of healthy and ill people possessing various diseases. Conclusions concerning disease presence are drawn, when full set of combinations corresponding to the disease reference pattern is found in the testee code diagram. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnosis. 1 tbl
